Return/Exchange Policy

Products can be returned / exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. We offer free delivery on your order, and you may return it for any reason within 7 days. Return charges should be borne by you (Customer). We'll arrange pick-up at your cost of return shipping.

Exchange/Replacement are done free of cost.

In case of wrong product or defective we will replace it free of cost. You do not have to pay return shipping charges.

How to Return or Exchange

Return Intimation: You can either WhatsApp our Support Number +918800123084 or Email Us at support@grinbrands.com  within 7 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, mobile number, and Reason for Return) .

After you send email or WhatsApp, we'll call you for a quick virtual check using photos or videos.

  • If everything looks good online, we'll arrange to pick up the item.
  • We'll then do a final check when we get the item.
  • If it passes our check, we'll process your refund or exchange.
  • This process might take around 8-10 working days. We appreciate your patience

Guidelines for a Valid Return

  • You have 7 days from when you receive your order to decide if it's right for you.

  • If it's been more than 7 days since delivery, we can't accept returns or exchanges.

  • Items should be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging for returns or exchanges.

  • Items returned after the 7-day period, or if they are used or damaged, can't be returned or exchanged.

  • Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned again. We offer a one-time exchange to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.

  • We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
  • We’ll provide you 100% refund once we received product in original condition.

Cancellation Policy

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Please note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept partial order cancellation requests.

Refund Policy

Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the product.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

Mode of Refund

For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT.

We require product images and tags in the below mentioned cases:

  1. Defective product received – Only product image required.
  2. Wrong product received – Both product & Tag images required.
  3. Wrong size received - Both product & Tag images required.
  1. Product different from website/doesn’t look the same - Only product image required.
  2. Incomplete order received – Only Tag image is required.
